What equipment do you use? Do you have backups?

Cameras: Nikon D750 (D810 as a backup camera), Olympus OMD EM1

Lenses: Sigma 35mm f/1.4, Nikon 85mm f/1.8, Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8, Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8, Olympus 75mm f/1.8, Olympus 45mm f/1.8

Flashes: 2 x Nikon SB-700, Olympus FL-900R

Tripod: Benro C2980F carbon fiber

I have a full backup set.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A deposit of 25% of service cost is required to secure the dates for your event. To provide you with best experience possible, I only schedule one assignment a day. This way, my attention is fully focused on you and your experience. The deposit will guarantee that I will not be taking other bookings on the date of the scheduled photo shoot, and would work exclusively for you.

For this reason, the deposit is nonrefundable, if the whole event or part of it is cancelled by the Client for any reason or rescheduled to another date.

What is included in your price?

  • a photo reportage (a mix of close up and wide angle images) covering event's activities captured in accordance with your requirements, including speakers, award winners, social atmosphere and interactions, images of location, table setups, showroom, etc.
  • wherever required - a selection of photos is delivered during the event, for immediate upload to social media
  • one free revision of delivered images
  • online password protected gallery of images accessible for one year
  • Bonus: author's photos of Barcelona (from my author's gallery)
  • short videos (captured wherever appropriate, with main focus being on creating photography material). Note: video montage is out of scope of the services I provide.

Are there any extra fees?

  • 'next day' delivery of images is subject to 15% of service cost
  • transportation to / from event
  • for events outside of Barcelona - meal allowance will be added to daily rate if meals are not provided to event team
  • any further revision of images beyond one revision included in rates - subject to hourly retouching rate (20 euro / hour)

When and how will I receive my photos?

  • Standard delivery: 3 days after the event
  • Urgent delivery: images can be received as soon as 'next day' (Note: 'next day' delivery is subject to 15% of agreed rate)

How early shall I book?

I would recommend to book in advance.

I treat time as a limited resource. To give you the best experience possible, I take a limited number of assignments per month. This way I can work on retouching your photos without compromising on quality, and deliver them on time.
