I have a full backup set.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A deposit of 25% of service cost is required to secure the dates for your event. To provide you with best experience possible, I only schedule one assignment a day. The deposit will guarantee that I will not be taking other bookings on the date of the scheduled shoot.

For this reason, the deposit is nonrefundable, if the whole event or part of it is cancelled by the Client for any reason or rescheduled to another date.

What is included in your price?

~ a photo reportage (a mix of close up and wide angle images) covering event's activities, including speakers, award winners, social atmosphere, venue, table setups, showroom, booth, etc.   ~ wherever required - a selection of photos is delivered during the event, for immediate upload to social media   ~ one revision of delivered photos   ~ online password protected photo gallery accessible for one year   ~ Bonus: 5 author's photos of Barcelona   ~ short videos (captured wherever appropriate, with main focus on creating photo material). Note: video montage is out of service scope.

Are there any extra fees?

  • 'next day' delivery of photos is subject to 15% of service cost
  • transportation to / from event 
  • for events outside of Barcelona - meal allowance of 25 euro will be added to daily rate if meals are not provided
  • any further revision of images beyond one revision included in rates - subject to hourly retouching rate (25 euro / hour)

When and how will I receive my photos?

  • Standard delivery: 3 days after event
  • Urgent delivery: photos can be received as soon as next day (subject to 15% of service rate)

How early shall I book?

I would recommend to book in advance.

I treat time as a limited resource. To give you the best experience possible, I take a limited number of assignments per month. This way I can work on retouching your photos without compromising on quality, and deliver them on time.
